Time's Running Out - Community Art Project

The mural ‘Time’s Running Out’ illustrates the detrimental effect of single-use plastics on our coasts and marine life. Using 8500 coloured plastic bottle caps, the mural depicts life on land, biodiversity and all things natural. The introduction into the picture of a timer shows that ‘time is running out’ as we face climate change and how Ireland is lagging behind the rest of the world in addressing the issue of plastic pollution.
